2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

3 Account Security and Management

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd007 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other government-approved document. Withdrawals may be held if KYC is not completed.

3.3 Account Closure

A user may request closure of their own account at any time via live chat. bd007 also reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Account Ownership

The payment method used on the account must belong to the account holder. Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation if detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The minimum deposit amount must be met for this bonus to be activated.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus benefits unfairly — such as through multiple accounts, artificial betting or placing opposing bets to achieve risk-free profit — is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically cancelled.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

6.1 21+ Age Requirement

bd007 is fully committed to responsible gaming. This platform is only for those aged 21 or above. We are always vigilant in preventing access by minors.

6.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

Any user may temporarily or permanently limit or close their account via 24/7 live chat. We treat such requests with the highest priority and act promptly.

6.3 Setting Betting Limits

Users can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit and betting limits. A reduced limit takes effect immediately; an increased limit takes effect after a 24-hour waiting period.

7 Prohibited Activities

  • Conducting transactions using funds obtained from illegal or suspicious sources (money laundering).
  • Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the platform's software or games.

  • Attempting to access another user's account.
